How can I become a customer?

Submit a request for access via the awex.be website. An appointment will be arranged quickly with a member of the team, usually at your company. This first meeting has several objectives:

Familiarize ourselves with your business and your export projects
Assess your company’s eligibility and access to our services, which will be explained to you in detail
Evaluate your readiness to enter the export market through an internationalization readiness assessment. The goal is to ensure that your company is truly ready and has all the necessary internal resources

By clicking on “Approve terms of collaboration”, you confirm that you have read the AWEX Terms and Conditions of Access and Collaboration and accept them unreservedly. If you have received your accesses, you will be redirected to your personal space where you will have to authenticate yourself in order to confirm the acceptance of these conditions.

Conditions

Your company must meet the following cumulative conditions:

Have a business registration number (to be obtained from the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises)
Have a place of business in Wallonia
Offer a product or service with real added value
Have a concrete plan for international expansion

The internationalisation maturity diagnostic

A tool that detects a company’s strengths and weaknesses in relation to foreign markets. Its results will generate, in an inclusive mode, tailored recommendations and support proposals to consolidate and professionalise the international approaches of Walloon companies. This diagnosis is carried out by the account managers of the AWEX regional centres.

The personalised support programme and service packages

Once the diagnosis has been carried out, the company receives a personalised support programme (PAP), including the non-financial and financial services offered based on the results of the diagnosis.

The Passexport for companies with high internationalisation potential and structuring companies

In addition to priority processing of their applications, support for companies with high internationalisation potential is, among other things, strengthened by AWEX’s programming of actions specifically dedicated to them, such as business conventions and international events dedicated to putting them in contact with financial investors.
