Do you disagree with a decision made by the Wallonia Export & Investment Agency (AWEX) regarding a grant application?

We first recommend that you discuss the matter directly with the staff member handling your file.

If a decision taken by the Agency gives rise to any concern on your part, pursuant to the joint decrees of 13 and 20 July 2023 of the French Community and the Walloon Region concerning the Common Ombudsman Service of the French Community and the Walloon Region, you may contact the Ombudsman at the following address:

You may also lodge an appeal against the decision before the Council of State (such an appeal does not have suspensive effect):

Please note that submitting a complaint to the Ombudsman suspends the deadline for lodging an appeal before the Council of State for a maximum period of four months.
