Chambers of commerce

The Walloon Chambers of Commerce handle export-related formalities such as the issuance of non-preferential Certificates of Origin (CO), ATA Carnets (temporary admission), as well as visas and document legalisation (invoices, packing lists, contracts or others) with embassies, consulates, bilateral chambers and the FPS Foreign Affairs.
They also provide answers to export-related questions from companies, including customs duties, trademarks, services abroad, labelling, and more.

Fedustria

Fedustria has an economic department capable of informing its members on customs matters, including rules of origin. It closely monitors federal, European and international economic and trade policies, including trade defence instruments, bilateral free trade agreements, and taxes and barriers in export markets.
Its legal department can also assist companies with issues related to the use of independent commercial agents, provide model agency contracts, review contracts, advise on unlawful copying of designs, and guide companies in complying with GDPR, among others.
