Objectives of the register
- to strengthen transparency,
- to simplify procedures,
- to guarantee compliance with the European ceilings.
Responsibility of public bodies
Only public administrations and bodies, including AWEX, are responsible for:
- to encode each minimis aid granted,
- to update the information if necessary.
⚠️ Only aid granted from 1 January 2026 will appear in the European register.
Obligation for companies until 31 December 2028
Until that date, any company applying for minimis aid must provide a
declaration listing all minimis aid granted over a rolling 3-year period
in order to certify that the €300,000 ceiling set by the European Union has not been reached.
A standard form is available on the AWEX website.
AWEX minimis gauge
Your AWEX portal now includes a minimis gauge, which allows :
- to consult the minimis grants awarded by AWEX over a rolling 3-year period,
- to export an Excel file listing these grants*.
You simply need to add any minimis grants received from other administrations/subsidising bodies
to complete your declaration.
For any further information, please do not hesitate to contact your regional centre or the Financial Incentives Department.
*Except for Internationalisation Business Vouchers and “Strategic Internationalisation Projects” grants, which are not managed via the AWEX Portal
.
